Founder and Director, Dr. Paul Sugandhar is a passionate educator, active academic and researcher in practice of public administration and public policy. He received his Ph.D., and Masters in Public Administration from the Osmania University, Hyderabad. He worked as faculty member at the Central University in the Department of Public Policy & Public Administration, and in the Department of National Security Studies. Held various university level administrative positions. At the State level University, he worked as a faculty member in the School of Liberal Studies, Area of Public Policy & Administration. He was invited by Administrative Training Institutes (ATI)’s and other premier training academies to deliver lectures in various training programmes for officer trainees. Having 15 years of expertise in the subject domain of public administration, he has a unified drive to contribute to the society by educating students who aspire to be public administrative professionals.
