Terms and Conditions
For 'Online Courses'

1. The validity of online classes/videos will be during the duration of online course commencement from the 1st class of the batch.

2. The online class/video extension requests will be decided on a case-to-case basis by the management.

3. The extension of the videos’ validity will be allowed only in the following cases: The extension request has been made in written by the registered students only through the email enquires@epistemeias.com and the reasons for the extention should also be stated.

4. The videos will be stopped for student by the institute in the following cases: 1) In case of non-payment of the due fees 2) In case of any indiscipline shown in the live class or misbehaviour 3) In case of sharing or sale of videos which amounts to infringement of copyright under Section 63 of The Copyright Act 1957 and Copyright Rules 1958.

5. Online test-series related terms and conditions are as follows: a) The tests must be written within the duration of the online course months of joining the batch. b) No request will be entertained for extension of the tests as the tests are part of the course although complimentary. C) mode of the tests will be communicated to the students by the management.

6. The management will not be responsible for any oral/unwritten request made with any office staff. Only written submissions through email sent to enquires@epistemeias.com will be considered.

7. Fee refund requests will be entertained only if the request is made by the student within one week of joining the batch in a written format through email to admissions@epistemeias.com after necessary deductions.

In general, there is a smooth relation between the institute and the students but due to increase in number of online students, the students should know about the conditions of services in case of their exceptional situations, so that, the episteme ias study circle accordingly can help students.
